We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to manage showroom walk-in customers and handle tele calling activities. The role involves assisting customers, explaining products/services, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product/service information.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote products, follow up with leads, and resolve customer queries.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
Handle customer complaints or escalate them to the concerned department.
Support in billing, invoicing, and documentation as required.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma (any stream).
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, telecalling
Good communication skills in English and local language.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
