Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat Resolve issues related to orders, payments, deliveries, and returns Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups Deliver high-quality customer service and satisfaction

Requirements:



Female Candidates only

Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi) E-commerce background preferred Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills Immediate joiners preferred 12th Passed/Graduate
