Job Overview

The Customer Service Executive will act as the primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring timely responses, issue resolution, and a high standard of customer satisfaction across all interaction channels.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for all client queries via WhatsApp, email, and Instagram

Maintain a professional and prompt communication tone at all times

Respond to all client messages within 2 hours during working hours

Track client issues including out-of-stock items, damaged products, or incorrect deliveries

Coordinate with relevant internal teams for issue resolution

Provide timely updates to clients and ensure closure of queries

Maintain records of client interactions and feedback for internal reference

Follow up with clients for pending responses and order-related actions

Request and collect client reviews post-purchase

Update trackers related to queries, refunds, returns, and feedback

Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments such as logistics and supply chain

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year in customer service role

Graduated in any stream

Should have good verbal and written communication in English

Working knowledge of MS office
