Job Summary

We are looking for a

proactive and empathetic Customer Support Executive

to manage customer interactions and ensure a smooth post-sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other platforms. Provide accurate information about products, services, warranties, and return policies. Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, service, and R&D) for timely issue resolution. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and case closure. Manage order tracking, replacements, and refund-related queries. Escalate complex issues to the concerned departments promptly. Prepare weekly reports on customer satisfaction and support metrics. Collect customer feedback and suggest process improvements.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication in

Hindi and English

(mandatory). Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with

CRM tools, ticketing systems, and MS Office

. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure. Basic understanding of

e-commerce

and

logistics

preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field. Minimum

1 year of experience

in a customer support or service role preferred.
