Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or sales. Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve queries. Maintain records of calls and customer responses in CRM software. Follow-up on leads and ensure target achievement. Provide accurate information about products/services.

Requirements:



Good communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus). Basic computer knowledge. Confidence and convincing ability. Prior experience in tele calling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ?9,882.84 - ?20,000.00 per month
