We are a leading UK-based Supermarket and Online E-commerce store having backing office operations and a Customer Service Team in India.We are looking for smart and energetic people to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Only for Female candidates

Only Eligible for Tiruchirappalli location Candidates.

Min 1 to 3 years experiece

Pre-requisites: Good communication skills, Analytical knowledge, Logical thinking, Customer Oriented Service

Responsible to provide excellent customer service, solving questions and complaints related to order status, Inventory, and Billing-related queries, through web-chat, emails, and phone calls based communication tools.

Contacts will be from customers and ensure a superior customer experience.

Address customer queries in case of payment issues, and respond to other types of inquiries as well. Attention to detail.

Responsible to attend incoming Chat conversations and responds to inquires in a manner which meets quality and performance standards

Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines

Coordinate with the co-workers, lead persons and other departments as appropriate

Time : 9.30 .A.M to 7.30.P.M

Salary: ₹15,000 to 17,000.00 per month
