Job Overview



We are looking for a

Customer Support Executive (English Preferred)

to handle customer queries, provide timely assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.

Key Responsibilities



Handle customer inquiries via

calls, emails, and chat

. Communicate fluently in

English

to assist customers professionally. Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems. Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution. Provide accurate and timely information with a positive attitude.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Fluent in English (verbal & written)

- preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred). Ability to multitask and handle customers efficiently. Bachelor's degree preferred. Freshers and experienced (0-2 years) both can apply.
