Job Overview
We are looking for a
Customer Support Executive (English Preferred)
to handle customer queries, provide timely assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via
calls, emails, and chat

Communicate fluently in

to assist customers professionally.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Provide accurate and timely information with a positive attitude.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Fluent in English (verbal & written)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred).
Ability to multitask and handle customers efficiently.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Freshers and experienced (0-2 years) both can apply.
