Customer Support Executive - English & Hindi

to manage voice-based customer queries in the fintech/insurance domain.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in English and Hindi. Provide support for KYC, payments, insurance claims, loan queries and app issues. Maintain case records and follow up on unresolved cases. Achieve quality and productivity targets.

Requirements:

Strong English & Hindi communication skills. Preferably from

Fintech, BFSI, Insurance

background. 1-3 years' experience in customer service/call center.
