We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented
Customer Support Executives
to join our
international voice process (Bird Process)
team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining the company's service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers in a professional manner.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right tools and resources.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve queries effectively.
Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate complex issues to higher support levels as required.
Meet performance targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a
customer support or voice process
role (international process preferred).
Communication Skills:
Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and strong listening skills.
Technical Skills:
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
.
Personality Traits:
Customer-centric, confident, empathetic, and a quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
