Job Title: Customer Support Executive - Blended (Email + Inbound)

Role Overview:



We are looking for graduates with strong email handling skills and basic customer support experience. The role involves managing customer queries through email and inbound calls while ensuring accurate communication and professional resolution.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries via email and inbound calls

Draft clear, professional, and error-free email responses

Maintain proper documentation and update systems accurately

Ensure customer satisfaction with quick and effective solutions

Follow support guidelines, escalation procedures, and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:



Graduate (any stream)

Minimum 6 months BPO email experience

Decent communication skills

Versant Level 3

Good typing speed & comprehension skills

Shift Details:



Day shift between 8 AM to 8 PM (any 9-hour window)

Sunday fixed off

Salary & Benefits:

?18,000 In-hand

?22,000 CTC

PF & other standard benefits included
