We are a growing E-commerce company, specializing in digital goods and services for domestic and international clients. With over 5 years of business experience, we have successfully delivered software and services worldwide through our online platforms.

Position: Customer Support Executive

Location: Baranagar, North Kolkata (Candidates should be based in or near North Kolkata)

Job Type: Full-time (In-house, Non-target based)

Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through emails, live chat, and phone calls. Ensure minimum turnaround time in resolving user queries and complaints. Provide friendly, empathetic, and professional customer service at all times. Document user feedback and suggest process/product improvements.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (inbound/outbound support preferred), ideally in e-commerce or internet-based companies. Strong communication skills with fluency in Bengali, English, and Hindi. Critical thinking and effective problem-solving ability. Strong commitment to the 'Customer First' principle. Hands-on experience with help desk software and remote support tools is an advantage.
