Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer queries and order follow-ups through calls, chats, and emails.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order processing and dispatch.
Track deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase.
Update product listings, stock availability, prices, and offers on the website.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Support online promotions and offer updates in coordination with the marketing team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in eCommerce or customer support (preferred).
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus).
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, website management tools).
Customer-focused, organized, and proactive.
