Customer Support Executive - Domestic Process

Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to handle

domestic customer interactions

and provide timely, accurate, and professional support. The role involves resolving customer queries via calls, emails, or chat while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

inbound and outbound calls

for domestic customers Respond to customer queries related to products/services Resolve complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner Provide accurate information and follow standard operating procedures Update and maintain customer records in CRM systems Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 12th or

Graduate

Good communication skills in

English and regional language(s)

Prior experience in

customer support / BPO domestic process

preferred Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools) Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills

Experience in voice or non-voice domestic processes Ability to handle high call volumes Customer-centric attitude and positive approach Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
Work Environment

Domestic voice/non-voice process Day shifts (or rotational shifts, as per business needs) Office / Work-from-office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,662.87 - ₹24,000.00 per month
