Voice & Chat support -
Rotational / Night Shifts
Working Days:
5 / 5.5 days (Rotational week off)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via
voice and/or chat
Provide accurate information and resolution
Maintain quality communication and customer satisfaction
Follow process guidelines and documentation standards

Undergraduate / Graduate
Experience:
Freshers & experienced candidates welcome
Languages:
Excellent English (International) | English & Hindi (Domestic)
Willing to work from office, and assigned shifts
