Customer Support Executives

for both

Domestic and International processes

. This is a

work-from-office

opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills who want to build a career in customer support.

Process Details:

Domestic Process:

Voice support -

Day Shift

International Process:

Voice & Chat support -

Rotational / Night Shifts

Working Days:

5 / 5.5 days (Rotational week off)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via

voice and/or chat

Provide accurate information and resolution Maintain quality communication and customer satisfaction Follow process guidelines and documentation standards

Eligibility:

Education:

Undergraduate / Graduate

Experience:

Freshers & experienced candidates welcome

Languages:

Excellent English (International) | English & Hindi (Domestic) Willing to work from office, and assigned shifts
