3. Taking ownership of reporting work in the process
4. Ensure compliance to all the reports
5. Inbound Calling/ International Voice Process
6. Maintain all documentation/tracking in the applications up to date for the processes
7. Responsible for call Audits, efficient in onshore connects/Communications
Ideal Candidate:
Fresher or 0 to 6 Months of Experince in Customer Service
Strong verbal and written communication Skills
