Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via phone.
Provide accurate information about services, and company policies.
Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.
Meet individual and team performance targets.
Adhere to company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
