We are looking for a customer-focused and solution-oriented

Customer Support Executive

to join our growing product team. This role is crucial in ensuring an excellent customer experience by providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to our users. You will act as the voice of the customer and work closely with internal teams to improve the product and overall user satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities would include -



Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or phone Help customers with order status, delivery updates, cancellations, returns, and refunds Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to resolve order issues Handle concerns related to delayed, damaged, or incorrect orders Provide basic product guidance and support Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

What We're Looking For



Good communication skills (written & verbal) A customer-first and problem-solving attitude Ability to follow up and manage multiple requests Basic computer and system knowledge 0-3 years of experience in customer support or order management (freshers welcome)
