Job Description

We are urgently hiring fresher candidates for the role of Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be ready to join immediately.

Responsibilities



Handle customer queries via call / chat / email Provide accurate information and support to customers Maintain customer records and update system data Resolve basic issues or escalate to senior team

Minimum 12th pass Freshers can apply Good communication and basic computer skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Immediate joiners preferred
