Role Overview:


We are looking for a

Customer Support Executive

who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries via calls, chats, and emails in a professional and courteous manner. Guide customers about our nutrition services, plans, and offerings. Collect and manage customer feedback through forms and follow-up calls. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure seamless communication. Resolve customer concerns promptly with a customer-first attitude. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:


? Minimum 2 years of experience in

customer support

within the

health-tech

or wellness industry.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in

English.


? Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset.
? Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
