What You'll Do:

Handle calls, emails & chats

Resolve customer queries quickly & efficiently

Maintain CRM records

Coordinate with teams to fulfill requests

Who We're Looking For:

12th pass (Graduation preferred)

Fluent in English & Hindi

Good computer skills

Prior customer service or BPO experience is a plus
