Customer Support Executive with 2+ years of work experience required in a corporate governance advisory organisation based in New Delhi
JD:
Generate leads through research, networking, and digital outreach initiatives* Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaignsto engage prospects and stakeholders
Monitor competitor activityacross digital platforms to inform strategy and positioning
Maintain and update the CRM databasefor accurate outreach and reporting
Manage client communication,respond to inquiries, and support relationship-building efforts
Manage and grow the firm's LinkedIn presence through content curation and engagement
Prepare reports and dashboards to track marketing performance and recommend actions
5 days work week
Flexible 9-hour shift between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM
Salary up to Rs 4 lakh per annum (can be increased slightly)
