Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries related to:

Order tracking

Returns and exchanges

Refund status

Delivery delays or issues

Provide accurate information on

product lifecycle

, availability, and policies. Communicate with customers via

calls and emails

in a professional manner. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using

CRM software

. Provide support to confused or irate customers with patience and clarity. Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of customer concerns. Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, warehouse, etc.) for quick issue resolution. Report recurring issues and customer feedback to management for process improvement. Assist in improving the overall

customer experience

through quality service delivery.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
