Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide product/service information to customers.
Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and support.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets (calls, responses, resolutions).
Candidate Profile:
Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.
Fresher with good communication skills can also apply.
Excellent verbal & written communication in English and Hindi.
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
