Role Overview:



We are looking for a

Customer Support Executive

who will be responsible for

calling customers to confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

before dispatch. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations, reducing cancellations, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Call customers to confirm COD orders before shipping. Verify product details, delivery address, and payment amount. Update order status (confirmed/cancelled) in the system. Handle customer queries related to products or delivery politely. Share feedback on common customer concerns (to improve service). Ensure timely follow-up calls for unresponsive customers.

Requirements:



Prior experience in

telecalling / customer service / e-commerce calling

preferred. Excellent communication skills in

Hindi & English

(knowledge of other regional languages is a plus). Comfortable making 200-300 calls per day. Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM order entry). Polite, patient, and professional attitude.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
