Role Overview



As our Calling Executive, you'll be the eloquent first point of contact--skillfully converting inquiries into booked events. Your excellent English, persuasive charm, and impeccable professionalism will help forge strong client relationships and elevate every conversation into an opportunity.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound inquiry calls with warmth, clarity, and confidence, guiding prospects toward event solutions. Present event packages, tailor services to client needs, and convert leads to confirmed bookings. Establish rapport, empathize effectively, and anticipate client needs with excellent active listening. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, logistics, operations) to align client expectations with delivery. Diligently document client details, preferences, and follow-up plans in the CRM. Work proactively to meet call-to-conversion targets while exceeding client satisfaction.
