Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer calls, emails, and chats. Provide accurate product and service information. Resolve complaints efficiently. Document interactions and collaborate with teams.

Qualifications and Skills:



0-1 years of customer service experience. Excellent English communication skills. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Basic computer knowledge; CRM experience is a plus.
