Key Responsibilities
Provide top-notch support to Vivint's international customers through both chat and voice channels.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and service-related queries effectively.
Maintain professional, clear, and fluent communication at all times.
Accurately log interactions and resolutions in system records.
Follow operational procedures for service and escalation when required.
Work collaboratively within a team environment and support knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Experience
Good communication skills in English (speaking and writing); strong verbal fluency is essential.
At least 6 months of experience in international process environments.
Mandatory:Technical support (troubleshooting) experience.
Graduate or undergraduate (both eligible).
Customer-centric attitude and adaptability with rotational shifts.
