We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the buying, selling, or rental process. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a basic understanding of real estate services.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients regarding property inquiries, documentation, and service support.
Provide detailed and accurate information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, legal, and site teams to resolve customer issues.
Assist clients with post-sale support including document handling, site visits, and handover processes.
