About the Role:

Executives (CSE). This role involves addressing customer queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a
positive experience across various communication channels. Ideal for freshers, this position offers an

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other platforms.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service-related issues.
  • Guide customers through processes and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Capture customer feedback and share insights for service improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: Fresher (Female candidates preferred).
Required Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good listening skills with the ability to understand and empathize with customer concerns.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
  • Basic computer proficiency with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to work on weekends if required.
  • A customer-oriented attitude and a passion for delivering great service.
