We are looking for a proactive and customer-friendly
Customer Support Executive cum Sales Executive
to handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, support sales activities, and ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate will manage both customer support and sales responsibilities to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Support
Handle incoming calls, customer inquiries, and provide product information.
Assist customers in selecting the right plywood and building materials based on their needs.
Resolve customer complaints or issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain customer records and follow up on service requests or orders.
Sales & Business Development
Follow up on online and offline leads to convert them into sales.
Build and maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, architects, and walk-in customers.
Provide quotations, pricing details, and product specifications to customers.
Coordinate with the sales team and store team for order processing and delivery.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements:
Experience in sales/customer service; plywood or building materials background preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email).
Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and result-oriented mindset.
