We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will act as a key coordination point between the Sales Team and clients for the successful implementation and ongoing support of our HR Software. The role involves regular client interaction, monthly site visits for implementation and support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the service lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate closely with the Sales Team and customers regarding HR software implementation and support activities.
Conduct monthly client visits to assist with HR software implementation, usage, and issue resolution.
Provide first-level support to customers and address queries related to system functionality.
Maintain accurate client records, implementation status, and support logs using MS Excel and internal systems.
Assist clients in understanding system features, workflows, and best practices.
Report customer feedback, issues, and improvement suggestions to the internal team.
Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of customer concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Sound understanding of computer systems and software applications.
Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
Willingness to travel for monthly client visits as required.

Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
Basic understanding of HR processes or HR software (added advantage)
