The CRM Telecaller will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing leads through the CRM system, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure effective follow-ups and site visit conversions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Make inbound and outbound calls to real estate leads
Explain project details, pricing, and offers to customers
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
Follow up with prospects regularly to ensure lead conversion
Schedule and confirm site visits with the sales team
Record customer feedback and call remarks accurately
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth lead closure
Generate daily and weekly call and lead reports
Skills Required:
Good communication and convincing skills
Experience with CRM software
Basic knowledge of real estate projects
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach
