We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive who is fluent in Hindi to join our team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our Kannada-speaking customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their inquiries and issues effectively. Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our valued customers. Key Responsibilities: ₹ Interact with customers via various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to assist with their queries, concerns, and requests.
Fluently communicate in Kannada to understand and address customer issues and inquiries accurately. Additionally, proficiency in English and other languages may be a plus.
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice and assistance to customers.
Proven customer support experience or relevant customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to resolving customer issues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of relevant computer software and tools, including CRM systems.
A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Work Location: Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh
