Technical assistance:

Helping customers with technical problems related to software, hardware, or other products.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnosing and resolving problems a customer is having with a product or service.

Billing and account support:

Assisting customers with payment, subscription, and refund issues.

Product guidance:

Guiding customers on how to best use a product's features to achieve their goals.

Managing complaints:

Listening to and addressing customer frustrations in a professional and empathetic manner.
