Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive who can handle IVR calls, address customer queries, and provide quick, effective resolutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and respond to incoming IVR calls
Understand customer issues and provide timely resolutions
Coordinate with the operations team for issue escalation and closure
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
Skills & Requirements:
Good verbal communication skills.
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving ability.
Basic computer knowledge and call-handling experience preferred.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Shift & Working Details:
Rotational Shifts (Morning & Afternoon)
Weekly Off as per roster
