The Customer Care Support Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries through phone, email, chat, or social platforms
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when required
Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied
Adhere to service quality standards and performance targets
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or higher qualification
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Basic computer and data entry skills
Prior customer service experience is an advantage
