Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues related to reports, appointments, and services
- Provide accurate information about our services and policies
- Maintain patient records and update customer information
- Meet customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 0-1 years of experience in customer support or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
