We are hiring Customer Service / Technical Support Executives . Candidates should have 6 months of technical or customer support experience (profiles with basic technical understanding accepted). Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via call/chat
Troubleshoot and resolve service or technical issues
Manage escalations professionally
Maintain customer records and documentation
Provide accurate product/service information
Work in night or rotational shifts
Requirements:
6 months-1 year of Customer Service/Technical Support experience
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in night/rotational shifts
Basic computer proficiency
Candidates within cab boundary limits preferred
