Job Description

Responsibility

: Take ownership of customer issues

Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments
Maintain customer database

Academic Qualification

: Graduate

Salary

: 12k - 20k (depends on experience and academic qualification)
Freshers will be preferred.

Shift timing : Morning(7 AM - 4 PM), Evening( 1:30PM - 10:30 PM)

Proficiency in English - Written and oral communication

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
