Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and confident Customer Support Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to engage with customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain products/services clearly and convincingly. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information. Maintain call logs, records, and update CRM or system entries. Follow up with leads and ensure proper closure. Support sales and customer service teams as required.

Qualification & Skills



Education:

Any Graduate

Experience:

Minimum

1 year

of telecalling/ customer support experience

Languages Required:

English, Hindi & Bengali

Computer Skills:

Basic computer operation (typing, MS Office, data entry)

Other Skills:

Good listening ability, patience, positive attitude, and confident speaking skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
