Blended Customer Support Process (Chat + Voice)

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, good typing speed, and basic computer knowledge.

This is a full-time, office-based role .

Roles & Responsibilities



Handle customer queries via chat and voice support Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction Update system records and follow process guidelines Work in rotational shifts and meet performance targets

Eligibility Criteria



Freshers and experienced(preferrable) can apply Salary: Up to ₹17,000-18,000 Drop facility available

Requirements



Excellent English communication (verbal & written) Good typing speed Basic computer knowledge Immediate joiners preferred
