We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven CSE to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to mutual fund agents, insurance agents, and other potential clients to generate leads for the company. The role involves presenting our products/services, building relationships, and identifying business opportunities through effective communication. The Telecaller will be expected to maintain accurate records of calls and follow up with prospects to ensure successful lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads from mutual fund and insurance agent databases.
- Engage with prospects, introduce the company's offerings, and generate interest.
- Follow up with leads and assist in the sales process.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly lead generation targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with leads.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage prospects and build rapport over the phone.
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Bengali is required.
- Experience in telemarketing, sales, or lead generation is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
