We are hiring

Customer Support Executives

for our

domestic process

. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English and a customer-first attitude.

Roles & Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to product/service queries. Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently. Maintain customer records and update details in the CRM system. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication. Escalate unresolved queries to the concerned department when necessary. Meet daily/weekly performance targets (calls, quality, and satisfaction).

Requirements:



Excellent communication in

Hindi and English

. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to handle pressure and multitask. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?13,000.00 per month
