Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain customer records and update details in the CRM system.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Escalate unresolved queries to the concerned department when necessary.
Meet daily/weekly performance targets (calls, quality, and satisfaction).
