Job Description

Handle inbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries from clients. Provide information about products, order status, production timelines, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, dispatch) to update customers on order progress. Track production milestones and proactively communicate delays or updates. Escalate critical issues to relevant departments and ensure timely resolution. Follow up with customers post-resolution to ensure satisfaction. Maintain records of customer interactions, order details, and issue resolutions. Prepare weekly reports on customer feedback, complaint types, and resolution times. Assist in collecting feedback and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in textiles, apparel, or manufacturing and any related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and regional languages if applicable). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
