Designation- o Customer Support Associate o Job Profile- o Have to resolute customer's query Voice Call o Mandatory Criteria- o Min HS Passed. o Fresher & experienced both can apply o Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice process o Should have not applied for any Flipkart interview in last 3 month o Customer orientation. o Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts o No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining o 9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1 hour break o Should have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy o Interview Structure- oSakary 15.603 K/ Month. o Salary for Apprentice (Complete Fresher & doesn't have any PF account) 16,008 k/Month. o 100% fixed salary o Pick up or drop for odd shifts o Documents Required - o Education Mark sheets o Aadhar Card o Pan Card o Offer letter, Exp Letter & last 3 months pay slips (for experienced people only)
