Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain a record of customer interactions and update CRM systems. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of issues. Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or products. Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction. Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.

Candidate Attributes



Any graduate (preferred). Good communication skills (written & spoken). Basic understanding of software products or willingness to learn. Patience, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first attitude. Ability to work in shifts if required.

Pay: ?21,500.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
