We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve issues promptly and effectively
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient approach
Basic computer proficiency
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
Schedule: Day shift
Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Location: Noida, Sector 62
Salary: ₹12,000 - ?15,000 per month
