Job Overview
Paraayan is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, order-related concerns, and provide excellent after-sales support across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and marketplace chats
Provide accurate information about products, orders, deliveries, and returns
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, operations) for issue resolution
Manage order status updates, cancellations, refunds, and replacements
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and issues
Follow company SOPs and customer service guidelines
Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive brand representation
Requirements & Skills
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and Google Sheets
Experience with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) is a plus
Problem-solving attitude and patience while handling customers
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
