Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum
1 year of experience
in Customer Support / BPO (Voice/Chat/Email)
Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand customer needs and deliver accurate solutions
Good listening skills with a customer-centric mindse
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office; experience with CRM tools preferred)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions professionally
Resolve customer queries accurately and efficiently
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
