Customer Support Executive

to handle international clients during night shifts. The ideal candidate will manage customer queries through calls, emails, and chat while ensuring prompt and professional resolution.

Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Resolve issues efficiently and ensure high customer satisfaction. Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback. Collaborate with the team to improve service quality.

Requirements:



Excellent English communication (verbal & written). Prior experience in international voice/chat support preferred. Ability to work in night shifts and handle clients professionally. Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
